Super Duplex 25Cr is kind of CRA duplex stainless steels produced as per the API 5CRA / ISO 13680 standard.Its material grade can be 80Ksi,90Ksi,110Ksi to 140Ksi by heat treatment annealed or cold hardened condition.
The main chemical components of SAF 2507 super duplex steel, such as Cr, Ni, Mo, N, have been improved to a certain extent compared to 2205,2304 and 2101.It has better performance in resistance to oxidation,acid corrosion,seawater corrosion, chloride ion corrosion and also has good strength.
Tensile strength: σ b ≥ 730Mpa; Elongation rate: δ ≥ 20%. 30% dilute sulfuric acid, below 60 ℃,annual corrosion rate ＜0.1mm
