Branch pipe platform, also known as branch pipe seat, saddle, or saddle shaped pipe joint. Mainly used for reinforcing pipe fittings for branch connections, replacing the use of branch connection types such as reducing tees, reinforcing plates, and reinforced pipe sections. It has outstanding advantages such as safety and reliability, cost reduction, simple construction, improved medium flow channels, series standardization, and convenient design and selection. It is especially widely used in high-pressure, high-temperature, large-diameter, and thick walled pipelines, replacing traditional branch connection methods.
The flange standards comply with HG/T20615-2009, HG/T20592-2009, ASME B16.5, GB/T9124-2019 and other standards.
Branch pipes and sockets shall comply with standards such as MSS SP-97 and GB/T 19326-2012.
